Radio Aotearoa Ltd is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This policy (together with any other documents referred to in it) sets out the basis on which any

personal information we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your

personal information and how we will treat it.

1. INFORMATION COLLECTION

1. In order to provide a better service to you, we may collect and process the

marketing affiliates programs we are a part of);

transactions will be encrypted. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a

1. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Nothing in this Privacy Policy shall limit the rights of the information subject of personal

information under the Privacy Act 1993. This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the

laws of New Zealand. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New

Zealand courts.
